The meaningful celebration of an Orthodox Easter

From time to time I am approached and invited to be a guest contributor to Vanilla Magazine in Melbourne. Topics have included the Mediterranean Diet, Blue Zones, and Body Beautiful, and future topics will include Life and Death, The Idea of Love, and The Joy of Food.
